Each tablet delivers 500mg of turmeric root extract, which equals a whopping 20,000mg of the culinary spice. That’s about the same as four heaped teaspoons! The extract in these tablets is 95% curcumins, the part that gives turmeric its bright yellow colour. The tablets are coated so they’re easy to swallow and have no taste.
Usage
Take 1 tablet daily.
Men aged 18+: Take 1 tablet daily.
Women aged 50+: Take 1 tablet daily.
This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for those trying to conceive. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age. For short term use only. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
