Each tablet provides the same curcumin as you'd get from about four heaped teaspoons of turmeric spice. Lamberts uses a high-strength extract from turmeric roots, not just culinary turmeric. These tablets are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage
Take 1 tablet daily.
Men aged 18+: Take 1 tablet daily.
Women aged 50+: Take 1 tablet daily.
Cautions: This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age. For short term use only. Do not take if trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for women under the age of 50 (child bearing age).
