Description
Lamberts® Green Tea 5000mg is made using a concentrated green tea extract that provides 250mg of catechins in every tablet. The extract is taken from young, whole green tea leaves that haven’t been fermented, so they stay as green tea and don’t turn into black tea. One tablet is equal to about half a litre of brewed green tea, but with much less caffeine than a normal cup. Suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Usage
Adults aged 18 and over: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily, always with a meal. Naturally contains caffeine (25mg to 40mg per tablet). Not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed 800mg epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) daily. Do not take with other green tea products. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
