Instructions for use

Optibac Bifido & Fibre is suitable from the age of 1 and we would recommed the following:

When you take the sachet out of the box, give it a good shake before opening and then slowly sprinkle into a glass of water ensuring that it is fully dissolved before you drink it. We would also recommend having plenty of water with Optibac Bifido & Fibre


Initially, take 1 sachet per day with food. You can take up to 4 sachets if required

When taking Optibac Bifido & Fibre on an ongoing basis (after the initial few weeks), taking 1 sachet per day will normally be fine. However you can take more if you if wish or are directed to do so by a healthcare professional
 

Some poeple find that FOS initially leads to some flatulence. This is short term and normally stops ars your body adjusts. If you find that this continues for more than 3 or 4 days, you may want to consider reducing the dosage.

A:  Yes, you can take Optibac Bidifdo & Fibre throughout your pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. 

Q:  Is Optibac Bifido & Bacteria age restricted?
A:  It is fine for young and old - as long as you are over 1 year old!

Q:  I have heard that a lot of live bacteria products have to be refigerated... will I have to keep Optibac Bifido & Fibre in the fridge?
A:  Not at all! Just make sure it is kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Q:  I'm on a specific diet. Would Optibac Bifido & Fibre be appropriate for me? 
A:  This would not be appropriate for people on a FODMAP diet. If you are on another type of diet, it would be worth speaking with your healthcare professional before starting Optibac Bifido & Fibre
