Each Lamberts Natural Vitamin E 400 I.U. capsule contains vitamin E extracted from natural vegetable oil. The form used is d-alpha tocopherol, which is the type naturally found in foods. The capsules are free from gelatin, making them suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypertensive persons supplementing with vitamin E should commence on a low amount of I.U. and gradually increase the amount under practitioner's supervision. Those using prescription blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants) or aspirin should consult their doctor before using vitamin E supplements.
