Lamberts Natural Vitamin E 250 I.U. brings you vitamin E in the natural form of d-alpha tocopherol, the same type found in foods. Each capsule contains vitamin E sourced from natural vegetable oil. These capsules don’t contain gelatin, making them suitable for vegetarians.
Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. People with high blood pressure who are supplementing with vitamin E should start on a low amount of IU and increase gradually under a practitioner’s supervision. Those using prescription blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants) or aspirin should consult their doctor before using vitamin E supplements.
