Shouldn’t be surprised, all side effects as stated, just didn’t realise quite how bad it could be. I now take just before bed with an apple but the hot flush, rash & itching is unbelievable. Not just face & upper body but entire body & scalp to drive you crazy & can still feel the effects in the morning.
Two weeks in & settling down at last, just hope it proves beneficial.

After the removal of a basal cell carcinoma, the consultant suggested I get these tablets and to purchase 500mg tablets. I bought Solgar as I have used your products many times over the years but twenty minutes after taking the first tablet, I had an alarming allergic reaction. My whole body was bright red and burning and my face was tight and so puffy that my eyes were little slits. A colleague rushed off to get me an allergy tablet. It took around six hours to get back to normal. I would never take another tablet as these had a really bad effect on me and I consider them to be dangerous so I'm sitting with a whole bottle (minus one tablet) with no use.
