I have been taking this supplement due to the onset of osteoporosis and osteopenia. But the calcium dose is only 33% of the recommended daily amount and some taking the supplement may think it is fulfilling more of their calcium needs. I am now taking a different calcium tablet alongside the Viridian tablets.
