Description
Lamberts® L-Tyrosine 500mg is a free-form amino acid and each capsule packs 500mg of L-Tyrosine. Tyrosine belongs to the group of non-essential amino acids. Phenylalanine is found in foods rich in protein like cheese, chicken, fish and soya. The capsules break down in under 30 minutes, making them quick and easy to use.
Usage
Take 1 to 4 capsules daily. It’s best to take amino acids with fruit juice or water rather than milk. Ideally, take them half an hour before a meal or at bedtime. Not for use with MAO inhibitors (a type of anti-depressant). This product isn’t recommended for children or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dry place.
