Usage
Dissolve one sachet in a specifically designed NeilMed Sinus Rinse bottle filled with distilled or previously boiled water. Perform the rinse twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Right nutri
The preparation of cleaning the bottles and boiling the water is time consuming but the product is well worth ths effort. The slightly salty smell/taste soon dissipates and leaves no aftertaste. The sachets are expensive to my budget but as my sinuses are still recovering I feel that regular off-the-self nasal sprays would not have been adequate. I actually enjoy using them 👍
