I used to take these years ago, I find them good to take when I have days that are too busy too sit down and have proper wholesome meals. Now in my retirement it’s difficult to digest and process certain vitamins and minerals, Viridian capsules are incapsulated powder form for faster absorption, tablets would probably pass through and be waisted , I also feel that my body isn’t craving anything and in general feels healthier although they are expensive if you calculated the cost of all the organic food you would have to eat too guarantee your requirements for myself would be unaffordable.
