Instructions for use

Adults should take 1 capsule daily.  This can be increased up to 4 capsules per day as you required depending on the severity of your symptoms, or as professionally directed.

Children (one year and over):- 1 capsule daily, may be increased up to 2 capsules daily.  Younger children should be at the lower end of the dosage

Suitable from 1 year onwards. For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents with cold, non-acidic drinks/food.

A:  No refrigeration needed! You simply need to store in a cool, dry place out of direct sun light.
