Recommended Use:

One capsule to be taken daily, preferably with breakfast.

A:  It is suitable for anyone over the age of 1. It is also fine for the elderly

Q:  Do I have to keep Optibac Travel Abroad refrigerated?
A:  Optibac Travel Abroad does not need refirgeration at all. We would simply suggest keeping it in a dry, cool place.

Q:  Can I overdose on this?
A:  Pretty much impossible! Each capsule of Optbac Travel Abroad contains 5 billion friendly bacteria, compared to the average gut which has approximately 100 trillion!

vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose;

anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate;

antioxidant: ascorbic acid
