Lamberts® Glucosamine Complete brings together several key nutrients in one plant-based, easy-to-take formula. Three tablets provide 1400mg of glucosamine sulphate, made using GlucosaGreen®—a shellfish-free, vegan-friendly version created through fermentation. It’s paired with Phytodroitin™, a plant-based ingredient made from seaweed extracts, delivering the same amount you’d expect from 300mg of chondroitin. Also, the formula includes quercetin (a natural bioflavonoid found in apples), 1200mg of ginger, 400mg of rose hips, and 150mg of MSM. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
