Instructions for use

Optibac Saccharomyces Boulardii is suitable from the age of 1

For Adults, we would suggest taking 1 to 4 capsules initially and then upto 6 capsules per day.

For Children (over the age of 1), we would suggest that dosage is lower. If the child is unable to take capsules, they can be opened and the contents mixed with food or water.
