I originally bought the 30mg Co-Ennzyme Q10 + MCT for energy. I have always struggled with my energy levels but the 30mg didn't really touch the sides with me, so after a while I abandoned them.
But during menopause, I thought I should take them anyway as I had half a bottle left, so why not?
But its had an AMAZING effect I hadn't anticipated and now I have upped the dosage to 100mg and taking x2 a day and the effect is great!
When my estrogen dropped in menopause I got really bad arthritic fingers, especially in the morning but lasted all day. Even after going onto Oestrogen gel my hands are very very stiff and painful in the mornings and it was getting really bad. But after I started taking this supplement, during the day No Pain!
It creeps back in by morning, so I take one in the morning to clear the stiffness and pain and now one in the afternoon. At this higher dosage I also feels it is adding to my energy, especially x2 a day which I have just started to do recently.
I wasn't expecting such a miracle!
