I started taking plant sterols (3 tablets daily) to help lower my cholesterol. They’re easy to swallow—much better than other brands I’ve tried. Each pot has 60 tablets, so it’s a one-month supply. It’s been 2 weeks, and I’m waiting on my next blood test to see results. So far, no side effects.
