Q:  Are the capsules easy to swallow?
A:  They are 1.5cm, so they’re fairly easy to swallow with a sip of water.

Q:  How does the Virdian multivitamin content compare with other multivitamins?
A:   The Viridian HIGH FIVE has higher vitamin B levels all around (especially Pantothenic acid and Vitamin B5) compared to most of the other multivitamins we have come across. It’s more akin to a specialised Vitamin B Complex, with high doses of lots of other vitamins, minerals, micronutrients and antioxidants thrown in!
