I used to take these years ago, I find them good to take when I have days that are too busy too sit down and have proper wholesome meals. Now in my retirement it’s difficult to digest and process certain vitamins and minerals, Viridian capsules are incapsulated powder form for faster absorption, tablets would probably pass through and be waisted , I also feel that my body isn’t craving anything and in general feels healthier although they are expensive if you calculated the cost of all the organic food you would have to eat too guarantee your requirements for myself would be unaffordable. Its not an excuse to eat junk but is a great way too top up on the cost of organic food alternatives I occasionally take a break or alternate doses to give my body a break this clears my system to appreciate what they can do as i also find I can get complacent I recommend these little gems thank guys 😳sorry about the essay 🧐must be the capsules activating my mind ☺️😂😎👍👍👍
