Description
Lamberts® Glucosamine & Phytodroitin™ Complex combines two key nutrients into a single daily supplement. Each tablet contains 467mg of glucosamine sulphate. It is made using GlucosaGreen®, the first vegan-friendly glucosamine created through a direct fermentation process. This means no shellfish, no allergens, and better environmental control. To complement it, the formula includes Phytodroitin™—a plant-based alternative to chondroitin made from seaweed extracts. Each dose delivers 110mg of Phytodroitin™, which matches 100mg of regular chondroitin. There are 120 tablets in each pack and it’s free from animal gelatin. It is not suitable during pregnancy.
Usage
1 tablet 3 times daily.

I started to take the glucosamine supplements and within three days I was crippled with knee pain. After some research I discovered that in rare cases it can have the opposite effect on some individuals. Within two days of stopping my knees were back to normal...I was very relieved. I cant really really give an honest rating because i am sure for some people it totally works so I give it a three.
