Usage
Take 1 capsule daily. It’s best to take it with fruit juice or water, not milk. For best timing, take an amino acid half an hour before a meal or at bedtime. This product is not recommended for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store in a cool, dry place and keep it protected from light.
