Biocare IntraFresh® 7 Pessaries is a specially formulated product designed for intimate freshness and comfort. Each Biocare IntraFresh® 7 Pessary contains 2.5 billion live Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus gasseri, along with garlic powder and rose oil. The pessary is made in a soluble wax base, created to ensure stability and allow even dispersion. Rose oil is included for its delicate fragrance and as a source of antioxidants. Biocare IntraFresh® 7 Pessaries is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and each pack provides a 7-day supply when used as directed.
Usage
Recommended Intake: Using a disposable finger cover, insert 1 pessary daily, ideally overnight, or as professionally directed. Use of sanitary protection is advisable.
Warnings: Not for oral use. If you are under medical supervision, consult a doctor before use. Do not use if pregnant or if pregnancy is planned. This product is not a contraceptive and should not be used with condoms. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if sensitive to any ingredients. Discontinue use in cases of irritation. Good product used many times
I purchased this product after it has been recommended by a number of people in a support group I joined in. It worked really well but the smell of garlic was so strong for me and so I have to cancel my subscription. Still a 5 star because I can’t discredit its effectiveness.
I was using these last year, the inclusion of the finger glove and better packaging is great! I’m not keen on how strong the garlic is. The ones I was using last year didn’t smell strong like these and I’m finding this batch more ineffective than last year too sadly which I do think may be the garlic.

Like many others, I expect, I bought this as a replacement for the tragically discontinued Canesflor. These seem to do a reasonable job. I wish it had lactobacillus plantarum as well (there is good research on this one linking it to reduction in thrush recurrence). But the main issue I have is the inclusion of garlic - WHY?? It's bad enough that I have to deal with vaginal problems and the mess of products like these, without them also giving me a stanky garlic vag for days. So I'm using these as rarely as possible for now and continuing to look for some other option (the only other I can find so far is a horrifically expensive US import, but I may just buy it anyway, ugh).
