Description

Flax seed oil provides a plant-based way to get omega-3. It is 50% alpha-linolenic acid by weight, so each capsule packs almost twice the omega-3 punch of standard fish oil. Each batch is cold-pressed and vitamin E is added too. 

Usage

Take 1 to 3 capsules daily. This product is suitable for all adults, including vegetarians, vegans, pregnant and breastfeeding women. See the presentation section for any ingredients shown in bold.
