Lamberts® L-Lysine 1000mg offers lysine of USP grade quality. Lysine is an essential amino acid and Lamberts L-Lysine comes in easy-to-take tablets, with each one delivering 1000mg of lysine hydrochloride.

Usage

Take 1 to 2 tablets daily. It’s best to take amino acids with fruit juice or water rather than milk. Ideally, have it about half an hour before a meal or at bedtime. This product isn’t recommended for children or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from light.
